We’re Hiring: Senior/Principal Performance QA Engineer

Senior Performance Engineer

Must-have qualifications

7–10 years in performance engineering for web services/distributed systems.
Strong, hands-on JMeter expertise (advanced correlation, JSR223, custom functions, backends/listeners).
Solid understanding of HTTP/REST, TLS, concurrency, caching, connection pooling, and async patterns.
Proven experience integrating perf tests with CI/CD and enforcing SLO/threshold-based gates.
Skilled with APM/observability tools and infra/DB analysis (GC, heap, thread dumps, slow queries).
Scripting in Java/Groovy or Python for utilities, data generation, and JMeter extensions.
Clear communication; ability to turn data into decisions and influence release outcomes.
