Performance Test Engineer

Job Description Key Responsibilities : Develop, run, and analyze the results of performance tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage of product functionalities. Design and script realistic multi-user scenarios using performance engineering tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, RPT, or similar. Monitor system health, resource utilization, and application performance during test execution. Troubleshoot performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and analyze root causes of performance degradation. Collaborate with development and architecture teams through detailed technical discussions to understand system architecture and inform optimization efforts. Perform detailed performance analysis, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations for performance tuning. Contribute to ensuring the product meets defined performance benchmarks for response time, load, and scalability. Create and maintain performance test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test results. Required Experience & Skills 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing or Performance Engineering. Solid background in performance testing using either JMeter, LoadRunner, RPT, or a similar performance engineering tool. Experience in scripting multi-user scenarios. Mandatory : Hands-on experience with JMeter or RPT or a similar performance engineering tool is required. Mandatory : Ability to develop, run, and analyze the results of performance tests is required. Proven ability to monitor system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize performance. Ability to conduct technical discussions with development and architectural teams and perform detailed performance analysis is required.
