Key Skills & Qualifications


  • BE / BTech / MCA / MTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • 5+ years

    of hands-on experience in

    Performance Testing

  • 3+ years of experience in Apache JMeter

    scripting and execution
  • Experience working with

    LoadRunner

    for load/performance testing
  • Must have prior experience working on

    Banking or BFSI domain projects

  • Strong expertise in:
  • Performance test scripting & execution


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute

    Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability

    tests
  • Create, maintain, and optimize test scripts using

    JMeter

    and

    LoadRunner

  • Analyze results to identify performance bottlenecks across application, web server, database, and infrastructure components
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issues
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance test reports and dashboards
  • Ensure system stability and scalability before production deployments
  • Work closely on mission-critical

    banking/BFSI systems

    to ensure performance compliance
  • Participate in performance tuning and provide technical recommendations
