This role has responsibility for the quality delivery of Radancy s Programmatic platform, Display, Search and Social offerings to our diverse client base. As the Team Lead you will be directly responsible for the quality and success of client deliverables and problem solving. You will manage a team of performance media specialists, interface with department leaders to keep the offering competitive, drive customer solutions, and provide feedback to improve offering as requirements are determined.

Product & Processes
- Keep abreast of industry standards by ensuring time to learn new tools, read industry info, take classes and staying up to date with the training curriculum
- Guide team in analyzing and assessing the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for improvement
- Ensure adherence to all department and customer SLAs as we'll as best practices for digital media within the team
- Liaise with Product Development as necessary
Other
- Coordinate with finance on billing and credit implementation processes
- Coordinate with publishers to improve overarching platform performance
- Provide feedback to department leaders for continuous improvement of offering and tools
Qualifications
- Recent and relevant experience leading digital media campaigns and strategy across multiple platforms including programmatic DSPs, search, and social.
- Comfortable and experienced managing a high-performing team; providing oversight and support as needed
- Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written) to enable strong and efficient internal and client relationships
- Possesses strong operational discipline and ensures timeliness of deliverables
- Combines being analytical + creative with a passion to develop and test new ways to engage consumers across the digital media landscape
- Willingness to learn new platforms, test and experiment
- Experience and knowledge of tagging and tracking paid media activity preferred
