Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Run and scale campaigns across

  Meta & Google

  .
• Optimize

  CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA

  and full-funnel performance.
• Create & test audiences, ownership of ad creatives, landing pages etc.
• Maintain tracking, pixels, conversion API, attribution hygiene.

Website P&L & Growth

• Own website performance:

  traffic, CVR, AOV, revenue, refunds, RTO

  .
• Monitor daily/weekly funnel metrics using GA4, Shopify, heatmaps.
• Improve user journey & conversion rate; run A/B tests.
• Coordinate with tech/creative teams for website improvements.

Reporting & Insights

• Weekly dashboards on spend, revenue, CAC, ROAS, funnel drop-offs.
• Category-wise performance tracking & profitability analysis.

Requirements

• 6+ years in

  performance marketing + eCommerce website management

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify

  .
• Strong analytical skills & command over Excel/Sheets.
• Experience managing website revenue, P&L & CRO.

Good to Have

• D2C experience (beauty/fashion preferred).
• Understanding of WhatsApp funnels & remarketing.
