The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI) to optimize results and reduce customer acquisition cost.
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies to ensure efficient and effective spend allocation.

• Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies and produce compelling ads.
