Job Description

we're looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused Performance Marketing Specialist who can help us scale ShiLives e-commerce growth through smart, ethical, and cost-effective campaigns. you'll be responsible for running ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok, optimizing for sales conversions, CAC reduction, and retargeting funnels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping), and TikTok Ads.

2. Develop A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and ROAS.

3. Work with design/content team to ensure brand consistency across ads and funnels.

4. Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.

5. Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and deliver weekly reports on metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV).

6. Build retargeting strategies to re-engage high-intent visitors and cart abandoners.

7. Suggest and implement growth experiments (influencer-boosted ads, lead magnets, lookalike audiences, etc).

8. Collaborate with the social media and website teams to align paid and organic growth strategies.

Requirements

1. 4 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing for D2C or e-commerce brands.

2. Proven success in scaling Meta and Google Ads with measurable ROI.

3. Strong grasp of conversion tracking, funnel metrics, attribution models, and budget allocation.

4. Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, and Facebook Ads Manager.

5. Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into clear, actionable steps.

6. Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative in problem-solving.

Preferred

1. Experience in we'llness, supplements, or lifestyle D2C brands.

2. Basic understanding of email marketing flows and conversion optimization (CRO).

3. Familiarity with AI-driven targeting or automation tools.
