Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, customer acquisition, and sales growth for Grand Hypermarkets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM (Google Ads), paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), programmatic display, and affiliate marketing.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization against key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROI, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns and achieve business goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to track user behaviour, measure campaign impact, and provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and with the web team to optimize landing pages for conversions.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and retail e-commerce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a retail, e-commerce, or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and mobile measurement partners (e.g., Appsflyer).
  • Experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Performance marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
