About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) with strong experience in both lead generation and ecommerce campaigns. The ideal candidate has worked in a digital marketing agency environment and has experience managing international clients or projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping, Remarketing).
  • Run and optimize lead generation campaigns (for services, B2B, education, etc.) to achieve quality leads at target CPL.
  • Manage ecommerce campaigns (Shopping & Performance Max) to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for better performance.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Create, analyze, and share performance reports with clear insights and action points.
  • Manage and communicate with international clients or projects, understanding their goals and markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, tech) to ensure campaign success.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, policies, and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / Performance Marketing.
  • Agency experience is mandatory (experience in a digital marketing agency setup).
  • Proven experience in both lead generation and ecommerce campaigns.
  • Experience working with international clients or overseas markets (US, UK, EU, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, and Google Analytics.
  • Good command over Excel/Google Sheets for performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI, CPL, CPA, ROAS.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-handling abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
