What You’ll Do - Responsibilities:

Execute Creative Briefs

• Take briefs developed by the

  Performance Creative Strategist

  and manage the end-to-end execution of video ad production.
• Coordinate with freelance editors, UGC creators, and AI video tools to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
• Maintain clear task tracking, updates, and delivery timelines for each ad variation.

Operate AI Video Tools

• Use AI tools like

  HeyGen, Arcads, D-ID

  for avatar/spokesperson-style video generation.
• Use editing platforms like

  Veed, Opus Clip, Descript, and CapCut

  for post-production refinement.
• Troubleshoot and experiment with AI features to improve production workflows.

Manage Talent & Assets

• Source and manage a vetted pool of UGC creators and freelance editors.
• Handle delivery pipelines, version tracking, and asset organization across platforms.
• Ensure all creative output meets formatting, compliance, and platform-specific specs.

Who You Are - Qualifications Required:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, creative production, or performance content execution.
• Strong project management skills—organized, proactive, and reliable.
• Hands-on experience with

  AI video generation tools

  (HeyGen, Arcads, etc.) and

  AI editors

  (Veed, Opus Clip).
• Sharp eye for detail and ability to uphold creative quality and consistency.
• Clear communicator—able to work closely with remote freelancers and internal teams.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with UGC-style performance ads.
• Experience in high-volume ad testing environments.
• Exposure to lead gen, legal, insurance, or compliance-heavy verticals.
• Comfortable experimenting with new tools and building no-code automations (Zapier, Make).
