4 to 7 years of experience in performance marketing or a related digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, media buying, and digital optimization strategies.
Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and DV360. Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically.
Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
