Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels. - Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for fashion & apparel e-commerce platforms. - Develop and monitor KPIs, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates to maximize campaign performance. - Manage and allocate large marketing budgets efficiently while ensuring high ROI and scalability. - Collaborate with creative, content, and merchandising teams to ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and product launches. - Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the fashion e-commerce domain.
