We are hiring for the position of Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Sahyadri Hospital Corporate Office, Kothrud, Pune

Who Can Apply?

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition (healthcare / BFSI / high-volume lead businesses preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, SMS, WhatsApp, and programmatic channels
• Drive performance-focused outcomes including qualified leads, OPD visits, admissions, and procedural conversions
• Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and continuously optimise campaigns for efficiency and scale
• Analyse audience behaviour, funnels, and conversion paths to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate closely with brand, content, CRM, and hospital marketing teams to align messaging and objectives
• Ensure all campaigns are compliant with healthcare communication and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership reviews
