Role Description

Performance Marketing Manager – OTT Platform (Meta + Google Ads Expert)

The role involves:

• Planning and executing high-performance campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

  .
• Driving

  subscriber acquisition, app installs, and maximizing ROAS

  .
• Managing budgets, audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
• Conducting

  A/B testing

  and campaign analysis to improve conversions.
• Collaborating with the creative team to build

  high-impact OTT ad creatives

  .
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting

  KPIs with actionable insights

  .

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in

  Meta Ads & Google Ads

  with strong ROI/ROAS focus.
• Hands-on experience with

  Meta Pixel & Conversion API (CAPI)

  .
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Proficiency in

  budget management, A/B testing, and audience targeting

  .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stay updated with

  OTT, app marketing, and digital ad trends

  .
• Prior experience in

  OTT platforms, subscription growth, or app marketing

  is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Advertising, or related field

  preferred.
