Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a News Editor. The News Editor will be responsible for overseeing news content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting. Tasks include writing, editing, assigning stories, managing news deadlines, and collaborating with writers and journalists. The News Editor will also keep up-to-date with current events and trends.

Qualifications

• News Writing, Writing, and Journalism skills
• Editorial skills and experience managing news content
• Proficiency in New Media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field
• Experience in digital media and familiarity with current events
