About the Role:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager

You'll oversee planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of all performance campaigns, working closely with the creative, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent growth in lead generation and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement

    end-to-end performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Affiliate, Push, and WhatsApp channels.

  • Manage

    media budgets and ROI (ROAS, CPL, CPSV, CPSchd)

    on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Conduct

    audience segmentation, consumer research, and competitive analysis

    to identify new opportunities.
  • Define and execute

    multi-channel digital campaigns

    with proper attribution and tracking.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop

    high-performing ad copies, videos, and static creatives

    .
  • Create and manage a

    campaign performance dashboard

    for stakeholders.
  • Optimize campaigns based on pre-sales/sales feedback and conversion data.
  • Ensure

    timely availability and approval of marketing collaterals

    (ad copies, creatives, landing pages).
  • Lead a small team of digital marketers, ensuring their performance and skill development.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree from IIT or other Tier-1 institute (IIM, NIT, BITS, ISB, etc. preferred).

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience

    in

    Performance / Growth / Digital Marketing.

  • Expertise in

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Strong command over

    ROI tracking, attribution models, and budget optimization.

  • Experience in

    lead generation and campaign scaling.

  • Proficiency with tools such as

    Google Analytics (GA4), WebEngage, MoEngage, Netcore, Mailmodo, and CRM tools.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
