The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on measurable performance, ROI, and growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of paid media channels, and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams.
Develop and refine data-driven performance marketing strategies across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Affiliates).
Plan budgets, forecast performance outcomes, and allocate spend to maximize ROI and CAC targets.
Identify new growth opportunities, trends, and emerging ad platforms.
Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video, retargeting, and email/SMS (if applicable).
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting copy and visuals.
Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns to hit KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, etc.).
Build detailed performance dashboards and weekly/monthly reports.
Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to improve conversion rates.
Work closely with product, content, design, CRM, and BI teams to align performance marketing with broader business goals.
Coordinate with external agencies or vendors where needed.
Continuously improve customer acquisition funnels.
Test new channels, audience strategies, and ad technologies.
Maintain best practices for tracking, attribution, and experimentation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
36+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (depending on seniority).
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
Experience with attribution modeling, tracking setups (GTAG, GTM, pixels, UTM frameworks).
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Strong copywriting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or B2B demand generation.
Knowledge of SQL, marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Braze), or CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO).
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and partnerships.
