Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager at GenY Medium, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention in the real estate sector. You will be part of a dynamic team with a proven track record in digital marketing. - Create and execute strong digital media recommendations with supporting validation - Develop, execute, manage & maintain media plans - Oversee buys, analyze campaigns, and change recommendations to maximize performance - Work with cross-functional teams to manage processes - Design and document analytics tracking specifications for various digital channels - Stay current with Real Estate industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies - Manage analytics implementation initiatives and tracking pixels - Produce clear client-facing reports to identify areas of opportunity for campaign improvement - Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget - Possess a bachelor's degree in technology, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or equivalent - Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry - Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus GenY Medium is a national, independent digital marketing agency focused on providing performance marketing & digital-creative solutions to enterprise brands and post-Series A startups.
