Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager (D2C & Marketplace) open to candidates in NCR and Mumbai. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns for direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. Day-to-day tasks include budget management, ongoing performance analysis, implementing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, PPC, and display advertising
• Experience in D2C and marketplace eCommerce channels
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage marketing budgets and optimise campaign performance
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the pet care industry is a plus
