Role Description This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager (D2C & Marketplace) open to candidates in NCR and Mumbai. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns for direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. Day-to-day tasks include budget management, ongoing performance analysis, implementing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success and alignment with business objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, PPC, and display advertising Experience in D2C and marketplace eCommerce channels Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making Ability to manage marketing budgets and optimise campaign performance Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in the pet care industry is a plus
