If you have a strong foundation in scaling D2C brands, a knack for driving conversions, and a proven track record in marketplace management What You'll Do: Campaign Strategy & Execution (D2C Focus) Marketplace Management & Growth Analytics & Reporting Testing & Optimization Cross-functional Collaboration Budget Management What You'll Bring: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on both D2C brand scaling and marketplace advertising. Proven expertise in managing significant budgets and achieving strong ROI on platforms like Google Ads (Search, Shopping), Meta Ads Manager, and key e-commerce marketplace ad platforms. Deep understanding of e-commerce analytics, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) . Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4). Experience with A/B testing methodologies and funnel optimization. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate strategies and results to various stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
