Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize
Meta, Google, and TikTok
ad campaigns for multiple D2C brands.
Manage budgets, bid strategies, and audience segmentation for maximum ROAS.
Work closely with the
creative and content teams
to test new ad angles, hooks, and formats.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
Report on campaign insights, performance trends, and learnings weekly.
Stay ahead of ad platform updates and emerging performance trends.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in
Meta/Google Ads
(D2C experience preferred).
Proven record of managing ₹5L+ monthly ad budgets.
Hands-on experience with
Shopify
,
GA4
, and
Meta Business Suite
.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets and reporting ability.
Excellent understanding of
ad creatives, hooks, and copywriting logic
.
