Performance Marketing Lead

Role & responsibilities

Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

• Manage ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
• Conduct audience segmentation and targeting (custom, lookalike, retargeting).
• Coordinate with creative teams for ad content and visuals.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Manage programmatic ads across display, video, and native platforms.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and dashboards.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking and attribution.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaign execution.
• Coordinate with external agencies for creative development and media buying.
• Communicate campaign goals, timelines, and performance to internal stakeholders.
• Support and guide junior team members, if any, in campaign management and reporting.
• Share performance insights with cross-functional teams for strategic alignment.
