Job Description

Role Overview:

As the Performance Marketing Professional at Dentsu, you will be responsible for leading and managing the performance marketing team to drive impactful results for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and strategic planning, you will develop and execute innovative campaigns across various channels to optimize client performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
  2. Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive professional growth and excellence.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and technology to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  4. Utilize data-driven insights and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, and incorporate them into iProspect's service offerings.
  6. Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic guidance, and performance reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  7. Act as a thought leader within the organization, sharing knowledge, best practices, and success stories to inspire innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels such as PPC, SEO, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and ROI.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • Certification in relevant digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.
