We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, and scale paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms for our D2C beauty and personal care brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing performance-driven campaigns, working closely with creative and tech teams, and optimizing for growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining target ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics
• Monitor daily performance and take data-driven optimization actions
• Coordinate closely with creative teams to brief ad creatives, copies, and formats
• Work with the tech/product team to ensure tracking, pixels, events, and landing pages are set up correctly
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Analyze performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders
• Stay updated with platform changes, best practices, and new ad formats

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns
• Preferably for D2C brands or via a performance marketing agency
• Strong experience in D2C beauty / personal care brands (highly preferred)
• Proven experience scaling campaigns on Google & Meta
• Solid understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC)
• Experience coordinating with creative and technical teams
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Location Requirement

• Candidate should be based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai

• Startup or high-growth D2C experience
