Performance Marketing Internship

As a Paid Social Campaign Manager at our company located in Sector 63, Noida (WFO), your role involves strategizing, executing, monitoring, and managing campaigns across various Paid Social channels. Your primary responsibility will be to create performance marketing strategies that enable the team to drive company traffic and sales successfully. This includes optimizing Meta ad campaigns while effectively managing costs. Additionally, you will collaborate with other channel-specific marketing teammates, such as content and creative teams, to identify opportunities for growth. To be eligible for this position, you should be pursuing graduation or post-graduation and possess 3-9 months of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other aspects of digital marketing. Strong decision-making abilities, creativity, strategic thinking, knowledge of the latest industry trends, and excellent management skills are also essential for this role. In return for your contributions, we offer a stipend of INR 15000 per month.
