Performance Marketing Internship

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join our digital marketing team and gain hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of online advertising platforms, creativity in designing ad campaigns, and a willingness to learn performance-driven marketing strategies.Job Responsibilities:Assist in Meta Ads & Google Ads Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of lead-generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Search/Display.Creative Strategy & Execution: Help develop engaging ad creatives and copy, collaborating with the design team to produce visually appealing content using tools like Canva and AI-based creative assistants.Funnel & Audience Management: Learn how to design and manage campaign funnels, segment audiences, and set up retargeting strategies to nurture leads.Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, assist in tracking KPIs, and prepare basic performance reports.Platform Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on Meta & Google Ads features, tools, and best practices while experimenting with automation and AI-driven marketing solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Familiarity with concepts like targeting, pixel tracking, and ad optimization is a plus.Strong interest in digital marketing and analytics.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, or similar creative/analytics platforms is a bonus.????
