About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Engage with converted leads, provide guidance on the portal, and facilitate pending payment collection 2. Onboard students onto the portal, offering continuous support throughout their journey 3. Foster strong relationships with students by addressing their queries and concerns 4. Collaborate with the sales team to obtain and manage the database of converted leads 5. Maintain and update CRM systems and other essential tools for seamless operations 6. Communicate with customers through phone and email to ensure a smooth experience 7. Drive sales conversions to support business growth and revenue objectives 8. Optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness 9. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills Required: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication or a related field 2. Previous experience in operations or relationship management is preferred 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with students effectively 4. Ability to secure payments and handle sensitive conversations professionally 5. Strong ability to resolve client concerns and provide effective solutions 6. Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage various responsibilities 7.
