Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution

    • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Q-Commerce platforms (BlinkIT, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
    • Manage advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
    • Optimize campaigns for

      ACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency

      .
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting

    • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using platform dashboards and analytics tools.
    • Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI across channels.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

    • Work closely with category managers, sales, and creative teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
    • Coordinate with agencies and platform partners to explore beta features and new ad formats.
  • Optimization & Growth

    • Continuously A/B test creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
    • Stay updated on

      platform algorithm changes, new ad products, and marketplace trends

    • Explore opportunities to scale budgets effectively across Q-Commerce and E-Commerce platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    14- 20 years in performance marketing with focus on

    Q-Commerce and E-Commerce platforms

    .

  • Platforms Expertise:

    • Q-Commerce Ads: BlinkIT Ads, Zepto Ads, Swiggy Instamart Ads (must-have).
    • E-Commerce Ads: Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP), Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of

    conversion funnels, attribution models, bidding strategies, and marketplace dynamics

    .
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like

    Excel, Google Analytics, or marketplace dashboards

    .
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to extract insights and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
