Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Q-Commerce platforms (BlinkIT, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). Manage advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other relevant e-commerce platforms. Optimize campaigns for ACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency . Performance Analytics & Reporting Track, measure, and report campaign performance using platform dashboards and analytics tools. Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI across channels. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action plans. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with category managers, sales, and creative teams to align marketing activities with business goals. Coordinate with agencies and platform partners to explore beta features and new ad formats. Optimization & Growth Continuously A/B test creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies to improve performance. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new ad products, and marketplace trends . Explore opportunities to scale budgets effectively across Q-Commerce and E-Commerce platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 14- 20 years in performance marketing with focus on Q-Commerce and E-Commerce platforms . Platforms Expertise: Q-Commerce Ads: BlinkIT Ads, Zepto Ads, Swiggy Instamart Ads (must-have). E-Commerce Ads: Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP), Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads (preferred). Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, bidding strategies, and marketplace dynamics . Proficiency in using analytics tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or marketplace dashboards . Data-driven mindset with ability to extract insights and translate into actionable strategies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
