Dreamscribe Media is on the hunt for a data-driven, ROI-obsessed Performance Marketer who lives and breathes ad dashboards. If you’re someone who’s scaled campaigns across Google, Meta, and Instagram with precision targeting and A/B testing expertise — and can also build high-converting Shopify & Wix websites/e-commerce stores

What You’ll Do:

• Strategize, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube on US MARKET ONLY
• Execute full-funnel ad strategies: from awareness to retargeting to conversion
• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and improve CTR, ROAS, CAC
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences
• Integrate tracking systems: GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, and server-side tracking
• Coordinate with our creative and brand teams for aligned messaging

• Design, develop, and optimize Shopify & Wix websites and e-commerce stores for maximum conversion

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Google Ads & Meta Ads experience (Search, Display, Video, PMax)
• Hands-on experience managing $5K+/month ad budgets
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, pixel tracking, attribution models
• Must have worked with D2C, SaaS, or high-growth e-commerce brands
• Experience in

  Shopify & Wix website/e-store setup, theme customization, and conversion optimization

• Google Ads & Meta Certifications a bonus

• Bonus points for experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo flows, CRO
