What you'll do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyse data to improve ROI
  • Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to build high-performing ad creatives
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and campaign pacing
  • Experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and performance strategies
  • Prepare campaign reports and insights for internal and client teams

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing (Meta + Google Ads a must)
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, targeting, and attribution
  • Sharp analytical skills and comfort with platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious about what drives clicks, conversions, and revenue
  • A team player who loves fast-paced environments and wears multiple hats when needed

Advantage if any:

  • Have experience with eCommerce or app-based campaigns
  • Know how to use tools like GTM, Looker Studio, or automation scripts
  • Have worked at or with a creative/digital agency
