About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our growth team at our Bilekahalli, Bangalore office. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to acquire quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion with a strong focus on ROI and CPL targets.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and bid strategy optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• 0–5 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with substantial budgets.
• Strong expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tracking tools.
• Solid understanding of landing page optimization, lead quality assessment, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
