Role Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven marketer to own our paid advertising channels. You will plan, execute, and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROAS.
What We Need:
Campaign Mgmt: Expert in running profitable campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
Optimization: Ability to lower CPL/CPA and improve CTR/Conversions daily.
Tech Skills: Strong grasp of Pixel tracking, Events, and UTM parameters.
Analysis: Proficient in Excel, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
