JOB DESCRIPTION:--

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in managing paid campaigns. The main focus will be on Google Ads, along with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads. Candidates with agency experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

● Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

● Strong focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

● Track performance using Google Analytics and prepare reports.

● Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, and ROI.

Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing.

● Proven experience with Google Ads.

● Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

● Ability to read and understand reports in Google Analytics.

● Good communication skills in English.

● Certificates or proven projects in:

○ Google Ads

○ Digital Marketing Course

○ Any relevant campaign/project work

Preferred:

● Work experience in a digital marketing agency.
