Role Description:

Performance Marketing Executive

hands-on execution role

You will work closely with:

• The founder / brand lead
• Sales and WhatsApp follow-up team

testing, optimizing, and scaling what works

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of

  hands-on experience

  running paid ads
• Strong working knowledge of

  Meta Ads Manager

• Experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns)

• Clear understanding of performance metrics

  (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CPI)
• Experience handling

  small to medium budgets

  efficiently
• Ability to work in an

  in-office environment

• Comfortable with daily reporting and accountability

Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience in

  B2B, industrial, construction, or high-ticket products

• Exposure to

  app marketing

  (Firebase / Meta SDK basics)
• Understanding of

  lead-to-sales funnels

  (WhatsApp / calling follow-ups)
• Ability to collaborate closely with designers and sales teams
