About Role:

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to manage lead generation campaigns for clients in healthcare, real estate, salons, and more.

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in Google Ads (Search & YouTube)
• Managed 5–6 clients across different industries
• Strong in Search Ads, Keyword Planning, Lead Gen Strategy
• Working knowledge of YouTube Ads, GTM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Editor

Responsibilities:

• Plan, run & optimize Search and YouTube campaigns
• Daily budget management & performance tracking
• Reporting key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS
• A/B testing, landing page collaboration, and data-driven optimization

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month
Bonus: Monthly performance-based incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
