About the Role:

Are you a data-driven marketer who lives and breathes ROI, CTRs, and CPLs?
EduJam LLP is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to lead our paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more. If you thrive on conversions, optimizations, and scaling campaigns—this is your calling.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and C Ads)
• Monitor performance via Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity & Power BI
• Set up & manage Facebook Pixels, landing pages, and sales funnels
• Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using AiSensy & Watee
• Drive email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
• Lead SEO strategies (On-page & Off-page) to improve rankings
• Perform A/B testing, budget tracking, and audience segmentation
• Share detailed campaign reports with insights & recommendations

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Clarity
• Familiarity with WhatsApp & Email Marketing tools
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Analytical, creative, and results-focused mindset
• Good communication and collaborative skills
