You will be a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist joining our dynamic team in the Real Game sector. Your role will involve driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through effective performance marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as Meta, Google, and affiliate networks to enhance user acquisition and retention for our games. You will analyze campaign performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams like game development and creative will be essential to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing will be crucial. You will proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Managing relationships with external partners such as advertising networks, agencies, and affiliates to expand marketing reach and drive scalable growth will also be part of your role. Efficiently monitoring and managing marketing budgets to ensure the effective allocation of resources for achieving desired outcomes will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on user acquisition and retention in the gaming industry. - Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google (including Google Ads and Universal App Campaigns), and affiliate networks. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights for optimizing campaign performance. - Passion for gaming, deep understanding of gaming industry trends, player behavior, and monetization strategies. - Experience with performance marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution tracking solutions. - Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies and techniques to enhance app visibility and conversion rates. - Familiarity with ad creative best practices and A/B testing methodologies for optimizing ad performance and user engagement. - Understanding of gaming KPIs and metrics like DAU, ARPDAU, and retention cohorts, and their impact on user acquisition and monetization strategies. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. The preferred work experience includes a total of 4 years, with 3 years in App marketing and 3 years in paid marketing with gaming. Proficiency in English is required, and the work location is in person.,
