Job Description · Brand & Creative Strategy · Define and refine brand positioning, narrative, and identity across all touchpoints. Brand & Creative Strategy · Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, and influencer platforms. · Oversee in-house and external creative teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. · Own tone of voice, visual identity, packaging direction, and campaign aesthetics. · Performance & Digital Growth · Manage digital acquisition across paid channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, Affiliates). · Optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV through data-driven performance strategies. · Collaborate with analytics and product teams to enhance funnel performance and AOV. · CRM & Customer Lifecycle · Develop and execute lifecycle marketing across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications. · Drive customer retention, repeat purchases, and engagement. · Utilize data and segmentation to deliver personalized, loyalty-focused communication. Required Skills & Experience · 5+ years of experience leading a digital first brand from scratch · Experience in premium consumer sectors such as beauty and personal care. · Strong grasp of marketing analytics, customer funnels, and digital performance metrics. · Proven ability to scale brands with both creative flair and commercial impact. · Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing large, creative teams. · Excellent communication skills, creative judgment, and commercial thinking.
