Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for performance marketing across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for multiple DTC brands we work with.

From launching cold campaigns to scaling hot winners to automating with AI, you’ll own performance.

This is not a media buyer role for checkbox operators.

This is for hunters who live and breathe numbers, patterns, and power moves.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Build and launch Meta ad campaigns that actually scale
• Analyze data like a savage: ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, MER. nothing gets past you
• Work with creative + landing page teams to push better hooks
• Use AI tools (AdCreative.ai, Midjourney, Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up testing cycles
• Turn 10s of thousands into 100s of thousands in ad spend, profitably

• AI-native: You already use tools like Notion AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT like second nature
• Meta backend is your playground. CBO, ABO, cost caps, testing frameworks
