The Role

As Fotello’s Performance Marketing & Growth Lead, you’ll be the engine behind our customer acquisition. You’ll own all paid media campaigns, manage our fast-scaling affiliate program, and orchestrate the work of our content creation agency. This is not a passive role—this is hands-on, high-velocity growth marketing at startup speed. You’ll work directly with the founders, experiment relentlessly, and turn data into momentum.

What You’ll Do

• Run and optimize paid ads across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels with a test → learn → scale mindset.
• Own ROI: Manage budgets and CAC/LTV math like a hawk.
• Build and scale Fotello’s affiliate program—recruit, train, and motivate partners to drive adoption globally.
• Oversee content creation agency output (organic social, YouTube, creatives), ensuring all assets are on-brand and conversion-focused.
• Partner with product and sales teams to craft growth experiments across the funnel.
• Develop dashboards and reporting that make growth transparent and measurable.
• Be scrappy: Build what you need, hack what you don’t have, and always push for scale.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing at a high-growth SaaS startup, consumer tech, or agency with B2B SaaS clients.
• Deep knowledge of paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube) and comfort experimenting with new ones (TikTok, Reddit, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing six-figure monthly ad budgets with measurable ROI.
• Experience managing affiliate or partner programs.
• Strong grasp of creative strategy and how to brief/manage content teams or agencies.
• Analytical thinker with mastery of CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Bias for action: You don’t wait for perfect, you ship, test, and iterate.
