Performance Marketer

Are you a highly motivated and data-driven marketer looking to make a real impact? Zenerom Creative Lab is searching for a Performance Marketer to join our team in Ernakulam.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. You should be passionate about leveraging data to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing).
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
• Create detailed performance reports to track key metrics and communicate results to the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a performance marketing role.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
