About Us

Client Champs is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands and businesses scale through innovative marketing strategies, paid media campaigns, and performance-driven growth solutions. We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer to manage and scale our clients’ advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and daily spends to achieve KPIs.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Create performance-driven campaign structures (TOF, MOF, BOF).
• Track and analyze campaign data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad trends, and new features.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in running Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid marketing funnels, CPC/CPA optimization, and remarketing.
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of landing page design and conversion optimization is a plus.
