Performance Marketer

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 3–4 years of experience to drive growth through data-backed digital campaigns. The role involves managing paid channels, optimizing for ROI, and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms, handling a monthly budget of about ₹1 Lakh for Google and Meta ads
• Manage campaign budgets and deliver against performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversions
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for impactful campaigns
• Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends and tools
• Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using tools like Firebase,GA4 and Tag Manager

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing
• Hands-on expertise in managing ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and CRO
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with marketing automation
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for tracking setup
