Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

  campaigns focused on B2B lead generation for HRMS.
• Conduct

  audience research

  and build precise targeting strategies to acquire quality leads.
• Develop effective ad copy, creatives, and landing pages in coordination with the content and design team.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on

  campaign performance metrics

  , CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROI, CTR, and conversions.
• Run

  A/B testing

  for creatives, copy, and audiences to improve campaign outcomes.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure

  lead quality and follow-up workflows

• Track conversion rates and funnel performance using tools like

  Google Analytics, GA4, and CRM

  integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in

  digital advertising, bidding strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in

  performance marketing

  or digital advertising with a focus on B2B.
• Proficiency in

  Google Ads

  Meta Ads Manager

  Google Tag Manager

  , and

  Google Analytics (GA4)

  .
• Prior experience running

  HRTech

  , SaaS, or enterprise lead-gen campaigns is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of

• Experience with
