Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Surat. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The role involves daily monitoring of campaign performance, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and ROI. The Performance Marketer will also collaborate with the content team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages, and manage ad budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads)
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
