Performance Marketer

As a Performance Marketing Executive at TYS Performance Marketing Consultants, you will be responsible for managing online campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, understanding and analyzing data generated by Facebook Ads Manager and Shopify, and providing recommendations and strategies to clients for optimizing landing pages, creatives, campaign structuring, targeting, and other aspects of Ads. You will manage a portfolio of paid campaigns for different clients, monitor daily advertising spends, and engage in client servicing by creating and planning marketing strategies with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Running online campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager - Monitoring and analyzing data from Facebook Ads Manager and Shopify - Providing recommendations and strategies to clients for campaign optimization - Managing a portfolio of paid campaigns and daily advertising spends - Client servicing by creating and planning marketing strategies with clients Qualifications Required: - Interest in marketing, communications, and social media - Experience with e-commerce brands and running conversion/sales campaigns - Prior experience with Facebook Ads Manager campaigns in an agency or affiliate environment - Familiarity with all channels within Ads Manager - Strong copywriting, reporting, and communication skills - Proven track record in delivering effective performance marketing campaigns - Ability to read and understand data accurately - Familiarity with key social media tools and Microsoft Office - Proactive and service-focused attitude towards clients and team members - Ability to prioritize work, complete tasks quickly, collaborate with a team, and train new team members - Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and other local languages,
