We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with strong experience in D2C & eCommerce brands. If you can turn insights into scalable campaigns and think beyond just running ads, we’d love to connect.
🔍 What You’ll Do
1. Plan, execute, and scale performance campaigns on Google Ads & Meta (FB/IG)
2. Drive growth for D2C/eCommerce brands through data-backed strategies
3. Analyze markets, competitors, and performance metrics to optimize results
4. Collaborate on creative direction and growth ideas, not just media buying
5. Manage and scale budgets from ₹ lakhs to multi-crore spends
✅ What We’re Looking For
1. 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
2. Prior experience with a D2C-focused agency or brand (mandatory)
3. Strong understanding of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization
4. Proven ability to drive ROI and scalable growth
5. Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills
