Performance Marketer

Job Description

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels. Manage and scale paid media budgets to meet lead generation, conversion, and revenue goals. Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages. Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC. Create performance reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages. Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management. Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking tools. Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools. Proven ability to manage budgets and drive ROI-focused campaigns. Solid understanding of customer funnels, attribution models, and remarketing strategies.
